Dzeko’s Defence presented evidence to try and dispute this claim, claiming that Zulfikar moved from the Bosnian Army Main headquarters to the first Corps in April 1993, several days prior to the crimes in Trusina village.

Dzeko is on trial for the killings of Croats in Trusina on April 16, 1993. He is also on trial for crimes against Croat civilians and prisoners of war in Jablanica during the second half of 1993.

The Bosnian Prosecution and Defence said that they have no new evidence.

Prosecutor Vesna Ilic said that she would amend the indictment and the Defence would present their objections at the next hearing on March 18.
